Each week, Jourdan will program up to 5 days of tailored workouts for you. Our user-friendly app spells out everything: exactly how many sets, how many reps, what weights to use, and video exercise demonstrations.

You’re looking for connection. More than a workout, you want community. A group of people who cheer you on while you move at your own pace.
Group Training offers 60-minute classes each week for 2-4 people and is a blend of cardio, strength and fun!
Each class uses a variety of equipment including stationary bikes, rowing machine, dumbbells, TRX, resistance bands, and bodyweight. If you’ve never used these tools before, you’re in good hands! You will be guided on how to use them safely and effectively with Jourdan’s help.

About Me
Wellness is a journey, and I care deeply about helping you walk the path with personal integrity.
Movement should be an extension of your values, designed to support you in doing what you love with more ease and joy.
I came to fitness in 2016 to heal a back injury from touring as a professional musician. I knew I wanted a life-long career as a musician, and in order to sustain that passion, I needed to care for my body.
I quickly fell in love with barre classes and soon after, became a group fitness instructor. After a year, I knew I wanted to help others build sustainability and longevity into their careers, passions, and values. I became a personal trainer in 2019 to empower people to find freedom so they can say YES to what they love.
But sometimes it can be hard to zero in on our deepest values. Or maybe we know them, but we struggle to live from them.
I became a Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) to support you in defining and aligning with your values.
When we move and live from a place of purpose, we open ourselves to possibility. The possiblity to build the life we dream of. To live with more joy and more ease. To live with less fear and less pain. The possibility to say YES to what truly matters to us.

Jourdan specializes in chronic pain management, post Physical Therapy rehabilitation, and embodied movement.
She incorporates many modalities including breathwork and polyvagal theory into her training and coaching practice.
She is comfortable working with expecting mothers, new mothers, neurodiverse, and rehabilitating clients in her Personal Training practice.
